One of the “must-do” experiences in Los Cabos, Mexico is a visit to the “opposite” beaches at Land’s End.

This stunning area of Mexico at the bottom of the Baja Peninsula is where the ocean meets the desert, and Land’s End is where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez. At the tip of Land’s End is the unique spot where two very different beaches also meet, known as Lover’s Beach and Divorce Beach. They feature views of the two oceans, yet you can walk between the two.

At Lover’s Beach, relax and enjoy the view back into the Cabo San Lucas Bay, swim in the calm waters of the Sea of Cortez, or snorkel nearby. Just a short walk away is Divorce Beach, where you shouldn’t even approach the water. Overlooking the magnificent Pacific Ocean, swimming is not recommended and in fact you should stay well back from the crashing waves. At the right time of year, you may see a whale breaching.

If you book your stay at Grand Solmar Land’s End Resort & Spa, you won’t be far from this pair of beaches. In fact, you’ll get that same stunning view of the Pacific Ocean, and you can watch the sunset and the whales breach from your luxurious location.

This resort is part of the Grand Solmar vacation club family, and is tucked between dramatic cliffs and the azure sea. Enjoy dazzling infinity pools and swim-up bars, unwind with treatments at the sea spa cabanas, or relax on the white sand beach. You can also swim in the pools or visit the fitness center.

And Grand Solmar is the ideal place to vacation all year-round, with state-of-the-art amenities and access to other Solmar properties in the area.

You’ll also be close to the center of the action in Cabo San Lucas, where you can walk the marina, stop at Medano Beach to paddleboard, or book a water taxi to experience the two beaches at Land’s End. On your way to the opposite attractions, ask the water taxi driver for a tour to see the rock formations and sea lion colony.

The opposite beach experience is just one of the many delights that await you at Grand Solmar Land’s End Resort & Spa in Los Cabos, Mexico.
